Interesting Fact: While an undergraduate, Oreoluwa founded The Evolving Minds (TEM) at Bowen University, which has positively impacted over 700 students within four years.The Evolving Minds is an undergraduate student-led initiative that trains students to become impactful leaders within their industries or spheres of influence, towards economic and sustainable development.It is a supportive community where students can connect with one another and share their aspirations to make a difference, as well as their struggles, while learning how to navigate their career paths and create meaningful change in the world.TEM provides access to monthly training sessions on critical topics related to career development, character building, and industry-specific challenges, along with insights from experienced professionals through their annual Refinement Conference.Additionally, TEM Volunteers have the opportunity to give back to younger students through the annual Visionary Program, where they visit secondary schools to teach students about nation-building, leadership, and their vital roles in nation-wide transformation.
